Created in 1990, it was acquired by the Bouwen Grupo in 2018. Its headquarters are in Valencia (Spain) and from 2024 it will have a new plant in Mexico to serve the North American market.

Created in 2018, its customers are in the automotive, food, ceramics, plastic components, and packaging sectors, among others. Its headquarters are located in Valencia.

Helion Composites designs and manufactures high-performance carbon-fiber composite structures for space, aerospace, and defense applications. We create satellite-grade components engineered for ultra-low weight, extreme stiffness, and thermal stability in the most demanding environments. From structural panels and tubes to complete composite assemblies, every part is produced to spaceflight standards, with full material traceability and certified manufacturing processes that ensure mission-critical reliability.
Comet Ingeniería develops advanced mechanical and structural solutions for space, aerospace, and high-performance industries. We specialize in the design, analysis, and qualification of deployable antennas, satellite structures, and composite mechanisms, combining engineering precision with flight heritage. Our team integrates mechanical design, CAE simulation, and systems engineering to deliver lightweight, thermally stable, and dynamically reliable structures — from concept and prototyping to qualification and flight models.
