Composite part engineering and manufacturing
Prenso Composites specializes in the industrial manufacturing of composite components using SMC, BMC, and advanced carbon-fiber technologies. We combine high-tonnage hydraulic presses with precision molds and automated handling systems to deliver lightweight, durable, and cost-efficient parts for automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. With a strong focus on process control, quality, and scalability, Prenso Composites ensures repeatable production, traceable materials, and aerospace-grade standards at industrial volumes.
Machining, prototyping and tooling, gauging and assembly
The production of prototypes and assemblies leads to further savings in production costs for industrial companies. As part of its objective to cover all the needs of the value chain, Bouwen Grupo has incorporated this service through the company Evocus. The company also provides other complementary services such as machining, tooling set-up, and the design and manufacture of control tools.
Electric mobility
We provide solutions for users and operators of light electric vehicles through Smobery. Smobery designs, manufactures and markets smart charging and battery exchange stations for both the B2B and B2C segments. With this solution, we provide our customers with both the station and the management software required to operate the station.
Energy efficiency and storage solutions
Voltex provides battery energy storage solutions for end-consumers. These solutions make it possible to store electricity from solar panels for consumption during the hours when there is no sunlight or to store energy from the grid when it is cheapest. We incorporate the software required to manage consumption and the batteries themselves.
Aerospace engineering
We develop advanced mechanical and structural solutions for space, aerospace, and high-performance industries. At Comet Ingeniería we specialize in the design, analysis, and qualification of deployable antennas, satellite structures, and composite mechanisms, combining engineering precision with flight heritage.
Aerospace structure manufacturing
Helion Composites design and manufactures high-performance carbon-fiber composite structures for space, aerospace, and defense applications.
